Jason is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, having qualified in 2002 and completed a Management study programme with Harvard Business School in 2008.
Jason is a partner with JPA Brenson Lawlor, Chartered Accountants and has more than eighteen years’ experience specialising in Corporate Finance. JPA Corporate Finance completed the second highest number of deals in Ireland in 2019 – according to the Global M&A research report published by Experian.
Jason specialises in the community pharmacy sector, including providing the following services;
Buying and Selling of pharmacies.
Setting up Greenfield pharmacies.
Advice on business strategy.
Due Diligence assignments.
Jason regularly writes articles in pharmacy sector magazines and provides business lectures to the pharmacy students in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and to University College Cork (UCC).
Jason provides one on one meetings with interested first time buyer pharmacists in order to assist them with acquiring their first pharmacy.
Ollwyn Moran is a leading Neurological Development Therapist with over 20 years’ experience in child development and education. Ollwyn is also the Founder & CEO of COGNIKIDS®, a company that is dedicated to supporting the natural developmental stages of babies through fun and functional developmental products.
With qualifications in science, teaching, education, psychology, neurological development and sensory integration, and currently undertaking a PhD in NUI Maynooth, Ollwyn is constantly expanding her understanding of the field.
While studying for her Masters in Education, Ollwyn entered and won a Student Entrepreneur competition with an idea she had for a crawl suit to help babies development in modern home environments.
From this, COGNIKIDS® was born and now boasts four additional functional products for babies and young children.
Ollwyn is also the resident Child Development Specialist on Virgin Media's Ireland AM with a monthly slot covering all aspects of babies' development.
Ollwyn is eager to bring awareness to parents about the importance of sensory development in babies and healthy development of children in today’s modern tech driven world.
Ollwyn is also mom to 2 incredible boys.

Paul has worked as a pharmacist for the past 15 years. He also works as a GP in Cork. He co-founded PharmaBuddy.ie four years ago.

Pat holds an MSc in Business Administration from Trinity College, Dublin, is a Fellow of the Sales Institute of Ireland and a member of their National Council.
Pat was previously a Director with KBC Bank Ireland and has held a number of senior executive roles spanning a range of industries including Retail Banking, Asset Finance, Telecoms, and Construction.
He has a strong track record and expertise in Strategy, Leadership, Innovation, Sales & Marketing, Distribution, and Organisational Transformation.
Pat is a Director of McKesson Ireland and has leadership and commercial responsibility for the LloydsPharmacy and United Drug Wholesale businesses
